Jaehyun Nam

Jaehyun Nam joined NSS lab in School of Computing at KAIST in March 2015. He received his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sogang University in February 2013. He received his M.S. degree in information security at KAIST (advisor, Professor Kyoungsoo Park) in February 2015. His research interests focus on the security issues on large-scale networked and distributed computing systems.

Seunghyeon Lee

Seunghyeon received his bachelor`s degree in Computer Science from Chungnam National University in 2013. He continued his studies at KAIST to receive his Master`s Degree in Graduate School of Information Security in 2015. Now he has researched at Network and System Security laboratory as Ph.D. student. Research interests of Seunghyeon are to find security problems in current network OSes. He also has involved in solving several security concerns related to SDN network environment.

TaeJune Park

Taejune Park is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in School of Computing at KAIST, Republic of Korea, from September 2015. He received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering at Korea Maritime and Ocean University, Republic of Korea, in August 2013, and his M.S. degree in information security at KAIST, Republic of Korea, in August 2015. His research interests focus on the security issues on SDN/NFV environments and data-planes.

Heedo Kang

Heedo joined NSS lab in School of Computing at KAIST in March 2014. He received M.S degree in information security at KAIST in 2016. Currently, His research area of interest is making more secure controller of SDN and leveraging inter-domain routing using SDN. Out side of work, he enjoys watching movies, traveling and spending time outdoors with his friends.

Seungsoo Lee

Seungsoo is an SDN enthusiast who joined the NSS LAB in April 2014. He received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Soongsil University and M.S degree in information security at KAIST in 2016. Since he joined, he is focusing his attention on the security issues about Software Defined Networking and developing a tool that scans the vulnerabilities automatically.

Yeonkeun Kim

Yeonkeun received his BS in Computer Science Engineering at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology(UNIST) in 2014. Also, He received M.S degree in information security at KAIST in 2016. He joined NSS laboratory in April 2014. He is interested in network security issues of IoT and embedding systems, and he wants to solve them with SDN. He also may show interest in resolving forensic issues with SDN. Currently, his research topic is a developing SDN-based security framework for IoT environment, and he collaborates with Taejune in studying SDN/NFV-based network security module.

Hwanjo Heo

Hwanjo Heo joined the NSS lab in March of 2016. He received his master’s degree in computer science from Purdue university and his bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Korea university. He is also working for ETRI as a senior researcher.

Hyeonseong Jo
 

Hyeonseong a 2nd year Ph.D student in Graduate School of Information Security. He joined NSS lab in School of Computing at KAIST in March 2015. He received his M.S degree in information security at KAIST in 2017 and BS in Information computer engineering from Ajou University in 2015. His research interest is to find security issue of Software Defined Network. In his free time, He goes in for sports such as swimming or riding bicycle.

Jinwoo Kim

Jinwoo is a 2nd year Ph.D student in School of Electric Engineering. He joined NSS lab in School of Computing at KAIST in March 2015. He received his M.S degree in Information Security at KAIST in 2017 and BS in Computer Science from Chungnam National University in 2015. Nowadays, his research interest mainly focuses on finding vulnerabilities of SDN controllers.
